Dayna said there was some confusion when she came in for her appointment. There were different people that she talked with, and one man said he would be with her in 15 minutes. She asked if anyone else could help her because that seemed like a long time to wait. Another man came to help her in about seven minutes, which was okay. She suggested that they put up a sign to clearly indicate where the entrance to the driveway is because it is confusing with the Bread Company nearby.
