Steve said he was not satisfied with his overall experience because there was no communication. They told him they would call him to tell him the estimate for the repair on Monday, but he did not hear from them. He called them on Tuesday and they did not know what he was talking about and there was no paperwork. He cannot evaluate the quality because he has not driven it. He would not recommend this business, nor would he return for the above reasons.
