Spoke with Jim. He said he and Kimber brought this RV in for service, and they did a great job. Jim commented this business was very busy, but they still squeezed them in for an appointment to fix the RV, and they got it back to them quickly because they knew he and Kimber had time restraints regarding their business. Jim concluded they are going to return to this business in the future to have one of the glass windows repaired.
