James said that while he was at this business he asked a service advisor a question and the service advisor was unable to answer it. He asked the service advisor if they could direct him to a business that could answer his question and he was told they could not recommend another business because it would take business away from their own company. This business could serve him better by directing customers to business that can assist them when they are unable to address a problem.
