William stated that the service was great. He is looking to purchase another RV in the next month but is unsure of a make or model. William mentioned that the business could serve him better by not insulting him. He added that he went in to the business looking for an RV and was going to trade his in and the business offered him half the price of what he paid for it and the RV is only a year and a half old. Therefore, he felt insulted by the business.
