Leslie said he was not completely satisfied with his overall service experience because they replaced his faucet and now it is leaking all over the place. He added he could not give them a rating of a five on his overall experience because of his leaking faucet and the estimate was wrong. He stated he was not completely satisfied with the courtesy of his service advisor because they seemed like they had to work to be nice to him but he would not elaborate. He mentioned he was not completely satisfied with the quality of service work performed on his vehicle because he has a stain in his vehicle from the leaking faucet. He said he would not be able to recommend this business for service because of the previously stated issues. He added this business could serve him better by communicating better. He stated there were two things he asked them not to perform and they still did them anyway but he would not elaborate. He added the technician did a phenomenal job.
