Burke said he was not completely satisfied with his overall service experience because it was too expensive. He was not happy with the communication because the lady he spoke with told him one of the parts was going to cost him $30 and the other part would be $4. When he went to purchase the parts they charged him $65 for one part and $7.50 for the other. He said their hourly rates are outrageous. They charge $120 for their hourly rates.
