Cher Ann said she wasn't completely satisfied with her overall service experience because the technician put a hole in her vehicle rendering the electrical system inoperative, so it had to be towed to Honda for repair. Instead of getting it Monday she didn't get it back until yesterday afternoon, and she'd planned to go camping today. Otherwise, she would have rated 5 for her overall experience. The wrong part for the hitch had come in on Friday, so this business had made arrangements to have it delivered Monday, but due to the above, it wasn't delivered until yesterday afternoon. From what she understood, the technician was told to punch a hole with a screwdriver, but he used an electric drill, and it slipped and went through the firewall. This business certainly did a great job getting her into a rental vehicle and they sent her a beautiful bouquet of flowers, but she was going to go camping today. Dan the service manager did a great job over the phone explaining everything that was going on with her vehicle, and Loren was very nice. He made the delivery today, and he spent time explaining how to use the hitch.
