Good afternoon Jesse, first of all we appreciate and value your feedback. I am deeply sorry for the unfortunate outcome with your satellite system malfunction. What I would like to offer to you if it would restore our relationship would be to reinstall the orginal module that you had in the vehicle(yes i still have it here) and refund you the money you spent on that system, but of coarse the radio will no longer work. We changed that module to repair the radio system, unfortunately the only way to repair the satellite malfunction on this vehicle will be to install a new module rather than the good used one we installed. my offer of coarse still stands about the oil service.
