Premier Eurocars is the BEST!!!
My '05 Z4 needed some work to replace the main pump for the convertible top. I checked with two local BMW dealers [won't mention names] beforehand for a quote. It turned out to be a pretty major repair, and the prices I got were really up there. So I googled BMW service on-line for other [non-dealer] shops near me. Premier looked like it was getting the best reviews, and a lot of that feedback centered around best cost / fair pricing & honesty. I spoke with Greg at Premier & explained what I needed. Greg got back to me quickly with a quote that was significantly [25%] lower than the dealers. I took a chance with them & brought the car in the following week. The repair turned out to be a lot more complex than anticipated. When it turned out that other parts were needed to get the job done exactly right, Mike stood by the quote even though it required three hours extra labor to finish. Bottom line: I am EXTREMELY happy with Premier. Their prices are great, they are 110% trustworthy & they keep you posted, communicating every step of the way. Do me - and yourself - a favor & check them out for your next service visit. You absolutely won't be disappointed!!! Reputation is everything! Bob S - September 2017 service visit
