Horizontally and vertically well intergrated and responsive to service requests
I came to Service with a cloudy headlight plastic cover. Jeff told me that it was not covered by the warranty, and that I should speak to someone in Sales. I sent an email, and the next morning, Jeff called and told me that the plastic cover had been ordered. I was impressed how quickly, different people in different departments worked together to resolve the issue. Thanks.

We were pleased with the manner in which the attendant checking us in treated us. We goof up on the time of our appointment.. We arrived an hour early. She did her best to make sure she got us in as soon as possible.

Also satisfied with the maintenance done.

Our wait time was very acceptable.

Not only was I greeted with a smile as soon as I pulled in to the service center, but I had a question about something I was not there for and Courtney went and got someone she knew that would be able to help me. Her name is Molly and both ladies could not be more attentive, kind, sweet, and a great representation of this Service center and as a result a great addition to the Hyundai and Toyota family.
