Amazing Experience

I originally went in to see how much it would cost to put a new engine into my old 2013 Hyundai Azera. When I first arrived, I was greeted by a salesperson who not only pointed me in the right direction but also walked me there and up to a representative. After getting the quote and understanding that replacing an engine was going to be too much and potentially would not be worth it since I still had quite a bit left on my loan, this salesperson asked how it went and if there was anything further that I needed help. This wonderful salesperson was Erika Marquez. She listened to my issue, understood my concern and dilemma and respected my budget. She found a car that would fit into my desired budget; a 2018 Hyundai Tucson. My journey and conversations with Erika were over multiple days within a week's span. She did not pressure me, and her follow ups were respectful of my time and thoughtfully done. After finishing the application, I got a text to ask for a phone call. I was shocked to hear that I was approved for a 2026 Hyundai Elantra SEL Sport IVT!!! I've never went for or thought that I could ever afford a brand new car. Erika and the team really went to bat for me to get my negative rolled into this new car, a reasonable down payment, with a realistic monthly payment. Yes, having a new car payment is much higher than a used car payment; however, it was not outrageous. I plugged this into my budget and signed the papers within the week. Jessica Pratt in the finance department was amazing as well. I did not have to haggle over warranty's and such. I was able to get a real quote on my payment to put into my budget before making my final decision and when it came time to sign the papers, I was in and out. By the time I got out of the finance office, Erika had already arranged to have my old car picked up (because it was not safe to drive across town) and the new car delivered both on the next day. I respect that both women respected my time, my situation, and my conversations. I feel that all 3 of us now have built a new sisterhood. I LOVE working with an all-female team! I highly recommend Erika Marquez!
