All around happy with Prime
Customer service folks are always extremely nice.
Its peace of mind knowing that when you get an oil change the technicians also look over your car. I appreciate them being pro-active.
I was able to get an appointment the day after I called, which was great because I was already over my miles.
I regularly recommend Prime to people looking for a great vehicle and for great service.

PRIME may be in the business of selling tires
Prime is not consistent in their review of tire condition. When it would cost them money, a worn tire is "acceptable", but if they want to sell you a tire, a good tire is "unacceptable."

Great service!
The service department folks are wonderful -- and will explain everything to you. They are good about getting back to me about an issue. My most recent experience involved a flat tire and 15k mile service -- which they did both of these for FREE (apparently I have an extended coverage that covers this -- I think..). Tish was great and easy to work with. You can tell that the service staff wants their customers to be happy with the work and results. My car is still running like new -- and still really love my 2017 Sante Fe Sport..

Beyond Expectations
I was very satisfied this recent service appt for routine maintenance. As always my appt went as planned on time and without an extended wait.
