"Excellent service, friendly people!"
I am leasing my 2nd car from this dealer. They have always been very friendly and fast with their service. I have only 2 recommendations. Please bring back the free car wash. That was a great little perk when getting your car serviced and I miss that!! Also, how about throwing a customer appreciation/employee bbq one Saturday and everyone can stop by, eat a burger and hang out, get their car serviced and enjoy some great food and maybe meet some of the people who do such great work on their cars!

Thank you for the review and feedback, We have a available service at 110k and 115k and you currently had 113k, the 115k did and does come with an oil change that was perormed as part of this service, The maintenance kit and supreme plus are oil and gas additives that help with carbon buildup and an oil supplement to help lubricated the internal moving engine parts. I apoligize that some of these questions or concerns you may have were not communicated to your satisfaction, We appreciate your business and always want the opportunity to earn it.

"Wait time was ridiculous"
My family and I waited for over 7 hours for the work on my car to be completed. We also received very few notifications on how long it would take, or the progress of the work being done.

Thank you for the feedback and review, In reviewing the work of 3 different recalls along with a Virginia state inspection and maintenance this shoud have been advised not something to wait for as part of one of the recalls was for a thermostat replaced, You should have been told that the vehicle would have to sit and cool down as the technician would not be able to start repairs as the engine temperature is above 250 degrees. We apprciate your business and always would like the opportunity to earn it.
