"State inspection "
I came to priority for oil change & State inspection. Everything went well until the very next day I noticed oil leaking from my car, which hasn't happened until this last oil change. I immediately called the service dept who informed me to bring the car right in & car was fixed with wait time. That was what made my visit good.

"Helpful Staff"
I live and work about an hour away and recently came in for my first service on a new vehicle. I had planned to wait for my car, but there was a recall that would take a few hours. The hybrid technician does not work on Saturdays, so dropping off on a weekend was not an option. I was going to plan another time to try and drop off the night before, etc. for the recall and just wait for my planned service. While I was waiting for my oil change, Marshall came out with an even better solution. They would lend me a loaner car so I get get back to work. They even let me pick up my car with sales after hours so I would not have to leave work early. I appreciate him looking for options and saving me some extra trips.

"Fast and efficient service "
I went in to get an oil change. They advised me beforehand that it could take up to 2 hrs. My service was done in 30 to 45 minutes. Everyone was very polite and I was in and out with much ease. I will definitely be back.

"Now that's the service I'm talking about"
Now this is the service I like. Scheduled oil change at 10:30am and out in less than an hour. I was impressed. I don't fee l that if you have a scheduled oil change appointment that you should have to wait several hours. The service tech was excellent as well. It was smooth in and out.
