My son is in the area attending college. Dealing with car problems and needed service from Massachusetts is difficult. I need dependable trustful feedback when talking to a repair shop.
Doug at Pro Care has always been excellent to deal with. He has great communication skills and the service has always been reliable. Cost estimates have always hit target and to my surprise a couple of time less than was actually initially estimated which truly adds to the trust factor.

My hybrid suv with 175k miles wouldn’t start and all indications were that the hybrid battery was the reason. I read online and had come to the realization that it was likely time to look for a new vehicle. However procare came to the rescue and simply said that the connection had become wet and offered a simple plan of repair. Looking forward to putting more miles on this vehicle!
