Phil said the business damaged his tire valve stem during his service and then told him he had to pay for it. He ended up paying an extra $72. After the business finished the service he had to take his vehicle back again because the front end alignment was not right. He will never go back to this business again. When he picked up his vehicle there was grease on the carpet, by the ignition and on the door panel and they claimed they did not do it.

The customer was told that the valve core was damaged, before we started to remove his tire that he supplied to be changed. We can not be held responsible for things that are damaged before we even begin our work
