Gilberto said when this business first attempted to send a tow, it turned out it was the wrong vehicle. The second attempt was four or five hours later. The remote did not work and he was not prepared with the right equipment. The third vehicle they sent took care of him. He would like to see the drivers be more prepared for the tows.
