Henry said he was not completely satisfied with his overall experience with this business because of how things were handled. The person towing his vehicle was throwing things around. He threw a big cord with a heavy metal end over the vehicle, and let it slam into the other side of it. He asked him to wait so he get on top of the vehicle and hand him the cord without damaging anything, but he did not. He also dragged the cord on the side, after he was asked not to because of the potential damage it could have caused. He was unsure if he was completely satisfied with the courtesy of his driver because he had two different drivers. The first one was really nice, but did not have the right equipment. The second driver was the one he dealt with, and was pompous.
