Spoke with Shanvette. She said this business quoted multiple prices and in the end charged the most expensive of them all. There was an extremely long wait on hold and the dispatcher was rude and disrespectful. The only good part of the experience was the driver. He was neither fantastic nor terrible but okay. Once the vehicle was on property grounds there was no communication whatsoever as to the rules that needed to be followed regarding the stay and state of the vehicle. The insurance company came out six or seven days after the vehicle was towed but by then it had already been declared an abandoned vehicle. This would have been fine if she had been notified of the rules beforehand. In addition to this, they charged ridiculous fees for storage. She requested the staff at this business become respectful and not rude. They should be consistent in pricing and communicate all rules that need to be followed.
