Spoke with Clara. She said she sat on the freeway for 2 and a half hours waiting for the tow truck. She ended up not getting her vehicle towed but she did have to pay for it. She chose not to say why she didn't have the vehicle towed. The tow truck driver was great but he was not familiar with the area. Her response time was an hour and a half later than promised and she does not know why. She would not recommend this business to friends and family because of the reasons already stated. It would have been nice if the driver of the tow truck knew the area. This business costs more than if she would have used another business of the type. She does not want to use this business again.
