Spoke with David. David stated under the circumstances, the staff performed a pretty good job. The driver was knowledgeable, and he knew what he was doing regarding his towing services. There were no accidents or anything, and everything worked like he had advised. The driver was polite and courteous. He felt the driver did a good job of representing the business. After reviewing the events of the towing experience, he could have avoided the whole experience. If only he had provided a more thorough inspection of the battery cables. The battery connectors had corrosion on the inside of the terminals. It was a pain to have to call his wife to pick up the grandchildren. He was very impressed with the level of service and support he received with his towing experience.
