Sharla said when the tow truck arrived he did not have the proper equipment to change the tire on the RV as a result she is not satisfied with the overall experience. The experience with Pro Tow was rated a 1 due to the driver becoming angry when he found out they would not be able to complete the job. Sharla was given two response times regarding the call and one was wrong. She did say the driver did call her and tell her when he expected to arrive. As a result she is not satisfied with the communication with the dispatcher. When the driver found out he did not have the equipment to change the tire that is when he became angry. He also suggested to take two people with the tow truck and leave two people along with the RV. As a result of this tow she would not recommend them. Sharla said part of the problem may have been some miscommunication regarding her insurance carrier in regard to the tow.
