Keith said his response time with the driver was on time however the dispatcher sent him to the wrong address. He is not happy with the courtesy of the dispatcher because they sent the driver to the wrong place. It took him an hour to get to the right address and when he got there he did not have enough experience in towing a big rig and tractor. He had only done it twice and he did not know where to put the forks and was having problems getting around the airbags. This business could serve him better by making sure the tow driver has all of the proper tools he may need to be able to get any job done.
