Max said the driver was very helpful and nice, and explained everything. His concern is that he was fiddling and trying to answer the phone while driving and almost rear ended somebody. He stated he believes he was trying to answer his dispatcher's call. He said he feels the dispatchers should tell the driver to pull to the side of the road to answer the phone because it is against the law to be on the phone anyway. The driver was only doing his job but and the dispatcher should not get mad with him if he does not answer the phone while driving.
