David said he was told that the towing would cost $129 an hour. He was told it would take 30 to 45 minutes. The driver did not show up for an hour and 15 minutes. Once the vehicle was delivered to the designated place the driver tried to charge him for three hours of work. The driver contacted the owner to try to resolve the issue. The driver told him that he would pay for the remaining costs. He said he tried to explain to the driver that he should not have to take anything out of his own pocket and that he was only going to pay the price he was quoted. He said this was the worst experience he has ever had with any business and he would tell people not to call the business for service.
