Matthew said there was no actual promised time but it took about an hour for the tow truck to get to him. The driver told him he had to drive to Auburn to get the flatbed but Matthew still thought this was a long time. He said he was not completely satisfied with the dispatcher because she misquoted the price and told him it would cost $65 and when he asked the driver, was told it would cost him $95 and paid a bill of over $100 because of the miles.
