Leo said he wasn't completely satisfied with his overall experience with this business, and on a 1 to 5 scale he would rate his overall experience with them a 0. He ran out of gas late at night in a bad area, and he called Triple A. He then received a call from Pro-Tow. The dispatcher and driver at Pro-Tow were the same person. The dispatcher was very rude to Leo, and he told Leo there was a gas station 3 blocks away from where he was. Leo informed the dispatcher he didn't have money or his wallet, and he needed gas. The dispatcher was rude, and told Leo, I don't care, I'll get there when I get there. Even though a response time wasn't promised it took Pro-Tow 25 to 30 minutes to get to him. Leo knows the area, and Pro-Tow is located close to where he ran out of gas. When the driver was putting gas in Leo's vehicle, half of the gas spilled on the outside of Leo's vehicle. He pointed out the driver was making very rude remarks, and was expressing concern for his safety, but he didn't seem concerned about Leo at all. Leo chose not to detail other rude remarks the gentleman made. Because of the above Leo was not satisfied with his dispatcher's courtesy or communication, nor was he satisfied with the driver's courtesy, although the driver and dispatcher were one and the same. Because of his above negative experience with this business Leo will not recommend them to friends and family. Leo pointed out his mom used Pro-Tow a lot, for towing and repairs. He was very disappointed with this business, and the man he dealt with was very unprofessional. The gentleman he dealt with was being paid to do a job and he should do it without an attitude.
