Thomas said the owner made it very evident that he was going above and beyond with all that went on. There was a timely delay on his transmission that was not expected to happen, however the owner reassured him that he would do the best he could to expedite everything. Truly he could tell by his actions that he was going above and beyond to serve him in the best way possible.
