Replaced transmission with new unit from Jasper. Had a few problems but Brian resolved them quickly with no additional cost. They never give up until problem is resolved.

Sorry for the unexpected expenses.  That is never pleasant.  As explained to you at the time of service, we did not install the aftermarket off road only wheel spacers and had to remove the tires for the uber inspection guidelines you needed us to use.  Whoever installed the spacers and tires previously, cross threaded the lug nuts onto the wheel studs, causing them to break on removal. Again, we understand the inconvenience sincerely, but it was unavoidable on our part.  Good luck to you!
