The additional labor charge of $90.00 (before tax) was for the hour spent checking on why your vehicle failed the emissions test (a diagnostic that you requested PFC to perform). That brought the total invoice to $375.00 before tax, and the total including CT sales tax to $407.13 Prospect Foreign Car apologizes if there was any confusion regarding these charges.
