"Fast Service"
Prosser's was fairly quick to get my car in to service it. They found other issues of importance that needed fixed other than the original problem. I appreciated their willingness to take the time to look over my vehicle for our safety. I was shocked by the final cost to repair everything. It was my choice to say yes or no, regardless of the cost. So far the car has ran great and I appreciate feeling safe. Thanks Guys!!

Jessica said the mechanics who worked on her car kept her informed on everything. They ruled out the more expensive fixes that were not the case. One thing she does recommend is, when a vehicle comes in, maybe look up the manufacturer defects first. She stated she feels that may save a ton of time.

"TLC for my CRV"
The staff is very professional and still friendly. I chose to wait for my vehicle's service and the waiting room was quiet and comfortable. The service took less than the estimated time. I feel that my car is being cared for by competent technicians at Prosser Automotive. I believe I receive good, solid advice on best practices for taking proper care of my vehicle.
