Took my 14 year old Toyota in for a major service. They identified things that needed replacement, which we chose to replace. When I picked up the car it ran well, but vibrated when idling. They quickly made necessary adjustments. While waiting for the car, overheard a conversation where it was obvious they were giving advice to fix a problem without bringing a car in for service. They easily could have just told the caller to bring it in and they'd take a look at it.
