Had a coupon that covered about half the things I needed done and they happily applied the coupon towards everything. They had some unexpected findings with the car that the informed me of rather than pressured me on. Being informed in their concerned, genuine manner makes me not want to automatically dismiss it as a sales pitch. I appreciate that they care about the well-being of the car- it seems like that takes the front seat to sales.
