Rosanne said that this business is absolutely wonderful, Pat, Jim, and Blake have all been doing a great job. She used to go to Tuscan Toyota, but recently she was having issues with defrosting her back windshield. She brought her vehicle into Tuscan Toyota six times and each time they brushed off the problem. When she brought it to this business Pat immediately was able to bring it up on the computer and found that there was a recall for the very problem she was having. He printed her out the information to take to Tuscan Toyota who told her that her warranty would not cover the issue. She will never return to that business and she will only be going to Purrfect Auto Service 79 from now on. This business doesn't just make her wait in a waiting room when she brings her vehicle in, they make sure to show her what's going on with her vehicle. She has already recommended this business to 25 people.
