David said the business knew he was in a bind and the prices they were trying to charge him were outrageous. He said it was almost like they knew he was going to have to pay. The business should try to be more fair. He said it does not make sense to mark up the prices on parts when he can go to his local business and get a part for half what they charge. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.
