What I like best about this Purrfect Auto is that they think long-term. My experience with other auto shops (even those at dealers) has been that they think of the immediate sale before my needs. At this Purrfect Auto they seem to understand that if they take care of my car, they are taking care of for 100,000 miles.
Most recently they showed me that my tires were losing tread. When I asked if I needed to change them, they could have said yes and I would never have had a second thought. Instead, the person told me that they would monitor it at each visit, but to be sure to bring it back in the next 6 months.
I'm no mechanic, but my vehicles run great and my total automobile expenses have gone down since I switched to Purrfect Auto 4 years ago.
