Spoke with Kris. She said the business did a fantastic job. It is difficult to tell the vehicle had been hit. Because the vehicle is not very old, the business rejected the used parts Allstate wanted to use and she appreciated their efforts on the matter. They pushed to get it done in time for her to go on a ski trip.

Val said they are prompt and quick. They do good work and they are professional. Nate is excellent with customer service and he is part of the reason she will always recommend this business to others. She brought her vehicle to another business and they did a terrible job. Dawn said she's still satisfied with the overall experience but it ended up being about 2 or 3 days longer to get her vehicle back. The reason for the delay had to do with a part lost somewhere on a truck. She didn't elaborate on the type of part. Also, she was the one who initiated the calls to see what was happening. Overall, she likes the outcome of the wonderful work done on her vehicle.

Joseph said when he went to pick up his vehicle there were a few things that weren't done. The trunk liner needed to be put on and the clips had to be put back on. He went ahead and put the rubber seal back on him self. He was glad to see that this business works on Volvo's.

Spoke with Clint. He stated that he wasn't satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel because there was some communication issues on delivery dates of parts. Clint also mentioned that there was also some communication issues about the delivery time of the rental vehicle. Therefore, he wasn't satisfied with the communication either.
