Brian said they took charge for him from the time he took the vehicle into the business. The insurance company had not worked out everything and the business took over all of the dealings so he did not have to do anything. They did a walk around inspection with him and when he mentioned that he felt something was wrong with an area of the vehicle. They found the problem. They originally told him the work should take about 2 and a half days but when he contacted them they said it would take a total of 4 days. There was a parts delay. They had it ready for him on the fourth day. They did a good job and he was satisfied with everything.
