Debra said one of the staff members at this business was able to give her a ride home after dropping her vehicle off, which she felt was very considerate. They went above and beyond what she anticipated them doing to her vehicle and ended up detailed her vehicle without her even asking them to do so, which she appreciates. She was not contacted much throughout the repair process. She was given a call once the repairs began and after the repairs were completed however she had no problem with this and they provided her the information she needed to know. The staff there are pleasant, they explained everything in detail that went on and answered any questions or concerns she may have had.
