Christine said the business was great. She had never gone through the repair process before and she was very confused and frustrated. The lady at the front desk was terrific. She solved everything by walking her through everything. She also called the insurance company to get the claim number and handled all the paperwork for her. They were very clear on day one when her vehicle would be ready. The repairs were good, except for two little scratches that were left on the trunk hatch. She decided not to tell the business about it because she can't be without her vehicle again.
