Lucinda said they promised her vehicle would be ready on Monday in the morning. When they put her vehicle up on blocks they found more damage. She did not get her vehicle until the end of the day. She said she wished they had put her vehicle up on the blocks at the very beginning. She had to scramble with the insurance company to get a rental vehicle for one day. It was inconvenient. She was out of town so there was no need to keep her updated. They called her late Friday to let her know her vehicle would not be ready until the end of the day on Monday. They had her vehicle for a whole week.
