Ron said the business completed the work in a timely fashion. The work was done to his satisfaction but they did not call him when his vehicle was done he had to call them.

Ron, We strive to complete repairs in one day, and notify our customers in a timely fashion. As a 2 person operation optimizing our productivity is important. Unfortunately in some instances there may be a small delay from the time we finish the repair on a vehicle and the time we notify the customer.
