"Had a problem "
We had a problem with whether to get our car worked on and we told Randy Wise. They looked into it right away and resolved the problem and I am very impressed with the staff at Randy Wise.

"Why make an appt"
I had an 11:00 appt for oil change. When I got there at 10:50ish, I was told there were 3 cars ahead of me. Why make an appt if you still have to wait? My appt should have put me ahead of walk-ins

"The service writers are willing to listen help and do the best they can to serve their customers"
The people in the service department were great they were willing to help and a listen to my problem and like I said I was in there for a warranty issue so until my battery give a bad reading there wasn't much they could do on their end

Chris Wise is a friend of mine and I will talk to him about the entire experience. I have bought four vehicles at this dealership and will always be a customer. Since this happened during the Christmas holiday I'm sure that caused some of the delays.
