Outstanding service
I am from out of town and Ray’s worked me into the schedule. They kept me informed of the situation (what it would take to accomplish the repair, what it would cost, etc). I was very pleased with the service. Would definitely recommend to others.

Awesome and honest people
The team in that shop are like a family, you can tell they’re enthusiastic and do take care of your vehicle Germans are their specialty. So they know what they’re doing.

Replace guy at front desk
Owner was great but the guy he has working at rhe front desk isn’t. No personably, slow - seems to be annoyed!

Ray's Imports
The best import shop in Murfreesboro Tennessee I was going to take my car to BMW Nashville for electrical problem they fixed it within a few hours and save me thousands and thousands of dollars I really appreciate them and will be looking forward to doing more business with them

Oil Change
First time using kiosk. I typed in request to have all the tire pressure checked and inflated properly as all my sensors were on. This was not done. Not sure if message didn't get through to the technician or it was just overlooked but I was dissapointed that it wasn't addressed. Have had good service from Ray's in the past and I will continue to use. Just providing feedback as requested.

Last thing in the world I want is for my customers to ever be disappointed. So I truly apologize that your tire pressure light wasn’t addressed correctly. I will assume that the TPMS system wasn’t reset after inflation. Simply because tire inflation is always checked during routine service. Please come by at your earliest convenience so I can address your TPMS light free of charge.

Integrity of staff
Took my vehicle in for an oil change, they had me in and out quickly. The cost was extremely fair considering my car takes synthetic oil. This is the first shop in a very long time that didn’t treat me with “she’s a woman “ attitude. Very appreciated!
