Matt said everything was great at this business, except when was getting ready to leave an employee asked him to wait because someone needed to talk with him about the repairs that were done to his vehicle. He waited for 15 to 20 minutes and stated that he felt ignored because the employee that was supposed to be helping him had walked by him a couple of times. Nobody came to talk with him, so he left and did not get an explanation of what was done to his vehicle.
