Felix said he rated a 3 because the repairs were not done when he got his vehicle back. He had some electrical problems and his driver's door was making a weird sound when he opens it. He said he is still having something electrical problems and he will not recommend this place of business.

We are always striving to do better in the eyes of our customers. We did recognize that Felix did have an electrical problem with his vehicle which with new vehicles can be a very specialized diagnosis. We promptly sent his vehicle to the dealer for inspection. They did diagnose the problem and repair it. Felix’s door was replaced with a factory new part with new seals etc. and as we explained to him it will take some time for it to “break in” on his vehicle. We hope with this knowledge that Felix will consider us again in the future.
