Jason said that they did really bad work. They are not trustworthy. He had to take his vehicle to another mechanic and they hadn't put it back together. The vehicle was mis-diagnosed with engine trouble. It was shoddy work. He would never go there again. He doesn't appreciate what they did.

Excellent service
The staff at Riverchase always takes care of our issues. Having multiple older vehicles there is always one in the shop. They are always professional and courteous. I never worry about the mechanic fixing "extra" things on our vehicles. They repair what needs to be repaired and service what needs to be serviced. Don't have to worry about having the air changed in our tires. Actually owned an automotive repair shop back in the early 1990's and this is the best shop I have found around Birmingham.
