Scott said he went to this business to get a converter installed. When he brought the vehicle home he noticed that the DC circuit was not working. When he took a closer look he also noticed that there were no fuses in the 2 fuse slots. He took his RV back to the business and had to wait an hour for the technician to finish something he was working on. He eventually left and made another appointment. When he got to the business once again and spent a half day at the business waiting for the technicians to find out what was going on. The technician told him that the grounds were loose and that one of the fuse slots was a major one and that's why the DC circuit was out. The technician did not elaborate on the problems.
