Jason said he was completely satisfied overall, but he was told they had completely detailed the vehicle and he found about 40 to 50 flies on the lining and he noticed a bunch of dead bugs on the window sill. He said the staff did a good job and there wasn't any pressure. The personnel were very thorough when going over the amenities for each vehicle, so he was able to choose the best vehicle for his needs. He said one of the salespeople told him that his children would know how to operate everything better than he would. He said he had never purchased this type of vehicle before and he had to figure out a lot of things on his own. He said they were misleading because they told him he would be able to play DVDs as well as CDs in the CD player, but it only plays CDs. He said they told him they spent about $1,400 to $1,500 to go through and detail the vehicle from top to bottom to make sure everything was good, but the generator only holds 1.6 quarts of oil and it was a half a quart low. He said he felt like he was lied to.
