Steven said he was not completely satisfied with his overall service experience because he was told he would be getting new items for his trailer by Jason. Only to be told later that he would not be able to be given them by the service department. He said the whole situation dealing with the business has been unpleasant. About 10 weeks ago he purchased another tent trailer from them that was falling apart in his driveway, screws were falling out, the lights didn't work properly and the water tank was installed incorrectly. The business told him he had to wait a week before they would give him the trailer to check it over but he does not feel they looked at it. He finally called Jason who said that he would let him borrow a used trailer for a hunting trip he had planned while they were repairing his, but he took back the offer because he did not have a trailer brake on his vehicle. Steven suggested the business install the $60 trailer brake for him as a courtesy because he just spent $19,000 on a trailer that was falling apart but they could not do that so he ended up having to spend $2,500 on a wall tent for his trip. When he returned from his trip he went down to the business to talk with Jason's boss who was the rudest S.O.B. he has ever met in his life. His boss proceeded to get in a screaming match with him until he finally left his keys and told them to make it right. He later called to apologize and admitted that they had found even more issues with the trailer. The business treated the trailer as a trade in and knocked $3,000 off the trade in price even though it had never been used. When he came down to the business on Saturday for a trade in he told them he wanted to purchase a new 2012 and Jason said he would draw up the papers and contact him Monday to come get it. On Tuesday he stopped by because he had not heard from him. He was told that they did not put a hold on the RV he wanted and it was already sold on Sunday. They talked him into getting another used trailer.
